Hot damn, I just had the darnest strangest dream in a long while. There’s something about sea food that prompts me to have strange dreams, and since last night I had some shrimp in my dinner… well, let’s just say I was kind of expecting I’d have strange dreams over the night. And boy, I did have a strange dream. It wasn’t an entirely original dream, I must admit: it was partly about my fascination with grandfather clocks, and partly about an old tv show I watched when I was a kid, that was also centered on a magical grandfather clock.

The show was called “Secret Garden” or something to that effect, and it was about a grandfather clock that somehow acted as a portal to … well, a magical garden. So, in my dream events unfolded pretty much like in the show. In the middle of the night, the magic clock usually rang 13 strokes, and that was about the time one where people could use it as a portal to visit that secret garden. And so I did. And well, to be honest I don’t quite recall what happened when I stepped into the garden, but all the while I thought it was pretty cool that I would dream with such an ancient TV show. Well, I blame it on the sea food!

If you’re a fan of music, I have news news. Actually, if you’re a fan of music videos and you particularly enjoy singing along to your favorite tunes, I have something that will make you extremely happy. I found this Music Videos website that incorporates the lyrics to all available tunes… how cool is that? I usually have to go around looking for the lyrics to my favorite tunes, and the whole concept of finding both things in a single website looks pretty cool to me. Additionally, there is indeed a good selection of musics available to choose from.

That said, I recommend you crank up your speakers and push over your furniture, and get partying like it’s 1999 again! I don’t know about you, but I have somewhat of a hobby in learning the lyrics to my favorite songs… mainly because I like singing along, as opposed to humming along. But also because I find it’s nice and relaxing, and occasionally one will realize the lyrics to some songs are actually kind of deep and meaningful. If you’re one of those people who think that the lyrics don’t mean anything other than being a vehicle for lovely voices, you should think again! Maybe you’ll be surprised with what you find, once you start noticing the words in the songs you like.

Do you know what I like best about catching up with old high-school friends whom I haven’t seen in several years? It’s not just hearing about their latest adventures, or hearing their crazy life stories. It’s not finding out whether they got married or if they already have kids. Simply put, it’s learning about their current jobs. Every once in a while, I’ll come across some old buddy who happens to have the craziest type of job imaginable… such as being a Vancouver Limousine driver, for example!

What are the odds that someone will end up as a Vancouver Limo driver? The other day I was browsing around one of those websites where people can get in touch with their past classmates, and I realized that one of the craziest bad boys from my high-school years, who used to get into all kinds of trouble, is now a limo vancouver driver. And apparently, he’s actually enjoying his line of work! It’s really strange thinking of someone whose main hobby was mooning our teachers doing that kind of job. Dressing sharp, displaying a quiet and polite demeanor… the full works. I couldn’t believe it when I saw his picture. It’s really amazing how some people change so much in just a matter of years.

For some people, giving presents is a chore. Not necessarily because they’re cheap and dislike spending money on gifts, but mostly because they have a hard time thinking of something interesting and/or useful and/or affordable that the other person will like. It must be really boring being like that. Myself, I think I do have a natural talent for giving presents. It’s like a hobby of mine. I really enjoy the challenge of coming up with something memorable and interesting, and I must confess I’m a little competitive as well.

It really gets me going, when people come out and thank me for giving them the best present ever. And that’s not necessarily the most expensive present. One time I offered one of my college buddies a single pack of his then-favorite ramen noodles, and he was absolutely ecstatic. Another time I offered 30 pounds of sugar cubes and the person was actually quite amused with the originality of the idea (“I guess I’ll never have to buy sugar again, eh?” – to which I replied “that was sweet of me, wasn’t it?”), except when she realized she would have to carry all that sugar back to the car (which she had parked a good half-mile away).

And I don’t always buy cheap off-beat presents, mind you. Sometimes I go out of the way to buy expensive off-beat presents as well. Right now, I’m looking for radar guns as my next idea for a present. I have a friend who keeps getting speed tickets and who also claims he can throw a baseball faster than any professional player. Well, I guess we’ll just have to check out the facts using the brand new radar gun I’ll get him for his birthday!

Sometimes this unnerving feeling just takes over me, and I cannot help but thinking crazy stuff, talking crazy… and invariably doing crazy! In case you’re wondering my latest craze involves mutating into a biker. Well, not actually mutating, more like shifting into. You see, I’ve always had a mild interest in bikes, but I was never exactly biker material. Until recently, that is. I think it was after watching this old movie on bikers – I don’t even remember the title, but I know for sure it’s a classic – that the whole craze settled in.

I’m not going to sell my car an get a bike, but I may borrow a friend’s bike this week! He’s going on vacation, and he told me that as long as I promised not to kill myself I could use his motorbike. Well, he didn’t actually told me that. In fact we were just browsing around at the BrakeAway website and I started going on a rant of how I’ve recently decided to become a biker myself. He did promise he’d let me drive his bike sometime soon – but only when he has time to teach me how to use it properly. Oh well, you’ve gotta start somewhere, right? Do you suppose some people are just born bikers? Well, I think not!

To everything in life there is a beginning. The Rolex Submariner Replica watches do not exist in isolation. They have a unique origin. They hailed from the order of the original brand invented in the year 1954 by the ever growing Rolex Company. The replica versions were simply the offshoots of the costly nature of the original versions whose prices scare the average and low income earners all over the world. The affordability of the replica models speaks volumes for them.

The Replica Submariner watches therefore arrived into the watch industry as perfect solutions to the expensive natures of the original models. They have all you can ever think that make watches to perform as seen in their original counterparts. If you’re not well informed, you might even mistake them for the original versions.

Wonderful internal rotor mechanisms propel the watches to the right functionality all the time. This serves as their main power source as they labor day and night in the task of proper time regulation. The watches are also known for their auto-winding mechanism. This makes each and every one of them to be very automatic in actions. You don’t need to keep re-adjusting them for any reason. They are indeed known to be very self dependent.

On the facial realm, the replica watches have unique facial compartments denoted with the logo of the Rolex company which is always in the form of a crown. They also have luminescent hour markers and hands that make them to be very visible in dark places of the night.

In all, the Rolex Submariner Replica watches are also water resistant. At the same time they are water-proof up to 45 meters. However, you are not advised to use them in deeper ocean diving.

I was looking for some kind of gift that would soothe my angry girlfriend who feels she’s not getting as much attention as she deserves, and I might just found the perfect thing! The obvious choice would be getting some kind of jewelry (since all girls love getting new accessories), and I happened to come across something that’s arguably even more interesting and tasteful: leather jewelry. I’d never seen this kind of jewelry, but I must say I’m very impressed! Some of those pieces look really interesting and unlike anything I’d ever seen. Take this, for example:

Don’t you think that’s just awesome? It looks sophisticated without going overboard, and all the while it looks simple enough as to be worn on a daily basis. I think my girl is going to love this! And yes, I’m well aware that bribery is hardly ever the best way to get trough an emotional slump… but trust me, I’ve tried everything else. Right now, and to the best of my knowledge, she feels like I’m not giving her enough attention; so I’m hoping that buying her something nice that she can carry with her on a daily basis will be a good way of showing her that I care; also she will know I spent some time looking for something different, rather than just picking up the first little girly gadget I came across. Trust me, there are occasions when words just won’t do the trick anymore; in such occasions you’d better resort to jewelry!

I’m a big fan of technology, but I’m even a bigger fan of life. And when it comes to being alive, romantic feelings are a gateway to that which is arguably one of the most interesting experiences available to human beings: Love. I’m not going to say that love is all you need, but I’m definitely saying no life can possibly be complete without love… especially romantic love.

That’s why I’m doing something different in this post; rather than tell you about a new gadget or technical trend, I’m telling you to go out and send some romantic ecards to people that you love! I’m telling you to pick up a pen and paper and write some actual love letters (check here for inspiration). I’m telling you go ahead and take the best life has to offer!

When you’re in love with someone, it’s very important to express your feelings: don’t forget that your partner can’t really read your mind – at least not in every occasion. If you want to express your affection, why not look up some romantic gift ideas and surprise that person who takes a special place in your heart? Just use your imagination, and make sure you’re not dedicating all your life to dealing with machines… otherwise you may find yourself lonely and hopelessly sad, sooner than you might imagine.

Wow, and here I thought that bingo was just a plain game about matching the right numbers! I guess it’s never just about matching numbers, not when we have something called the Internet… right? While doing my own sessions of randomly strolling around the world wide web, my attention was captured by a couple of bingo sites, where I ended up spending most of the morning. I was actually curious to learn about all the bingo variants available today… and there are indeed a lot of them! Moon Bingo, Posh Bingo, Wink Bingo… all kinds of bingo, more than you could possibly hope succeeding to shake a stick at.

Well, it’s like they say: variety is the spice of life, and when people get spicy in rome, make sure to play bingo yourself. (Uh.. no, I’m not entirely sure what that meant, either). It just goes to say that I have indeed – on my own volition – looked up some free bingo (you know, the kind that doesn’t try and suck your money away before allowing to play), and well.. I’ve been up for Bingo most of the day! And you know what? I’m actually pretty good at it! I know this may sound crazy, but sometimes it felt as though my wishing for a specific number to come out would actually increase the odds for that number to pop! The only downside being, that the more I kept winning, the more this tune kept getting louder in my head (let’s try and think about it as a victory dance of sorts):
