I guess it’s never just about matching numbers, not when we have something called the Internet… right? While doing my own sessions of randomly strolling around the world wide web, my attention was captured by a couple of bingo sites, where I ended up spending most of the morning. I was actually curious to learn about all the bingo variants available today… and there are indeed a lot of them! Moon Bingo, Posh Bingo, Wink Bingo… all kinds of bingo, more than you could possibly hope succeeding to shake a stick at.

Well, it’s like they say: variety is the spice of life, and when people get spicy in rome, make sure to play bingo yourself. (Uh.. no, I’m not entirely sure what that meant, either). It just goes to say that I have indeed – on my own volition – looked up some free bingo (you know, the kind that doesn’t try and suck your money away before allowing to play), and well.. I’ve been up for Bingo most of the day! And you know what? I’m actually pretty good at it! I know this may sound crazy, but sometimes it felt as though my wishing for a specific number to come out would actually increase the odds for that number to pop! The only downside being, that the more I kept winning, the more this tune kept getting louder in my head (let’s try and think about it as a victory dance of sorts):

If you spend a lot of time on the good old Internets, there’s a good chance you’re cutting back on your outdoors excursions, and maybe you’re not getting enough exercise. If this is something you can relate with, I’ve just found this poem (author unknown – if you know who created this please leave a comment) which may help you feel a little better about yourself… and maybe help you tackle your problem. Just remember that getting exercise is extremely important for your well-being, as well as occasionally getting some fresh air!

I’m not really that much into waging my hard earned cash, to be honest. However, for every rule there’s an exception… and in my case that would be the game of Bingo! When I was quite young, I got a board game of Bingo for Christmas. I remember I was deeply fascinated with that game, and for a while I was always trying to get new people to play with me. Well, needless to say – by that time I had no idea that grown-ups actually play Bingo for cash, not until one of my crazy uncles decided to take me on a Bingo night when I was approaching my teens. That was an amazing night! I was extremely lucky and made a lot of money… and every now and then I enjoy going out for Bingo night.

Recently, I was happy to know about Mobile Phone Bingo – that’s essentially a cell-phone enabled version of the game.
