It’s official, I’m about to become a four-eyed nerd!

March 5, 2010 Posted by admin

I just came back from the optometrist, and it’s official: I’m about to become a nerd with glasses. After so many years of bragging over my perfect sight, I suppose that all those hours sitting in front of computer screens finally took the tool on my eyesight. Well, at least I only need some corrective eyeglasses, so I won’t have to wear them all the time… just when I’m sitting in front of a screen. That’s actually pretty good, since I’m just too clumsy to be able to wear glasses all the time.

I would probably end up breaking them all the time and getting a new pair every week. Although, that wouldn’t be that troublesome since I’ve found this website that sells prescription glasses from $8… at those prices, I really could afford to buy a new pair every week, if it came to that. Also, I did make some research on this company to make sure it’s legit, and it turns out they have been positively reviewed by influential sources (check out this article, for example). I’m sort of annoyed I have to wear glasses, but at least I won’t have to spend a lot of money on them. Maybe my sight will get better after a few months…. I hope so!

When diet and exercise just doesn’t cut it anymore…

August 21, 2009 Posted by admin

To be honest, dear reader, I’ve never been much of a fan of diet supplements. My own philosophy is that by eating right and exercising enough, anyone can succeed in maintaining a good figure. Or at least, that used to be my philosophy; now, well… I’m not sure if this something that comes from old age (I’m now borderline 30), but physical exercise seems to be getting less and less effective as time goes by. So I’m starting to think it will probably be a good idea to supplement my exercise sessions with a little health supplement, such as those ProtiDiet pills I keep hearing about so much. Has anyone ever tried these pills? They’ve been recommended by some of my friends, and apparently they’re quite good.

Tummy tuck works great with healthy diet + exercise!

Sure: we all appreciate, and believe in technology – otherwise we wouldn’t be here. However, sometimes technology seems to go out of its way to tamper with the human body, and that’s when controversy usually arises. So, what’s your opinion on this matter? Do you think it’s alrigth for us to use technological developments to fine-tune our body… even when it involves a little cheating? For example, we all know the natural way to lose weight involves exercise and a healthy diet. However, it’s possible to further enhance the benefits of such a diet by doing a little tummy tuck UK, or something in that style. So what do you think of that? Is it alright to use modern technologies to get the results you’re looking for much quicker?

Well, personally I think that yes it can definitely be alright — provided you choose a reputable professional to make your surgery, and provided you’re aware of what you’re doing. With aware I mean that you shouldn’t expect that doing a little tummy tuck will solve your problem for good, and keep you from having to get more exercise or lead a healthy diet. That kind of reasoning is half-step towards failure. Like I said before, these surgeries should be regarded as a complement to your diet, not as a substitute. Granted, a little tummy tuck will help you get where you’d like to be sooner, but just as long as you don’t go sit on the couch eating french potatoes and deep-fried oreos soon after you get out from surgery!

Steaming hot: sauna endurance championships!

June 16, 2009 Posted by admin

Granted, we’re all major fans of technology here… but every once in a while a guy (or girl) must know how to relax and take a break, do something different. Diversity is the key to a happy and fulfilled life! Engaging diverse activities such as – say, relaxing in the sauna can work wonders to preserve our health and well-being. But what happens when people engage endurance competitions to see who can withstand the most time in a blazing hot sauna? Is that still a good thing? Those people are a little geeky, if you ask me – although obviously I respect their thing. Myself, I prefer taking it much easier and just relaxing in the sauna!

A good way to save some bucks in health care!

Surely, online pharmaceutics have an ill reputation (no pun intended); regardless I like to think that nothing is inherently good or bad… that’s actually just a matter of how it’s used. And in my opinion, buying medicine from the Internet is not necessarily a terrible idea – just as long as you know what you’re doing. First things first, you should always consult with your doctor, and make sure he’s prescribing a generic medicine, rather than a brand label – that will ensure you save quite a bit of money in health expenses. Now, if you want to save further cash, it’s as simple as looking up your medicine in your favorite search engine.

I think you’ll be surprised with the variety of medications which can be purchased nowadays from the Internet… and moreover you’ll be quite happy to realize that most online vendors offer discounts for repeated orders. So whether you want to Buy Propecia, maybe some Cheap Clomid, or something as plain as Accutane Online… just make a little research and you’ll get to save a few bucks! Just remember not to toy with your health: always talk with your doctor first to learn which is the drug he recommends, and make sure to follow his instructions to the minute. Otherwise, the actual place from where you purchase your medications isn’t likely to make much difference, right? Except possibly for your wallet, that is!

Losing weight is essentially a state of mind!

Wow… I’m confident to say I’ve never seen something as true as the video up here. When you think about it, the reason why so many people get frustrated and fail when trying to obey a Weight Loss Plan is because… well, they don’t really keep things in perspective. I mean, what’s the point in pretending you’re enforcing a strict Diet Plan when you’re actually eating all those things you shouldn’t, food that only makes you fat? Come on, if you really want to lose weight, then by all means make a serious effort.

I don’t mean to say that trying to lose weight is a bad thing. In fact, I’ll got ahead and suggest a bunch of Weight Loss Pill Reviews, if that makes you happy. And those pills can effectively bring about positive results, if only you match them with an actual lifestyle change! Get more exercise… avoid eating food that’s bad for you, and stay true to your goals. If you manage to keep healthy habits, and you even use some supplements to back you up, you’re likely to meet your ideal weight sooner than you know. Be confident, and everything will be alright.
