Human beings have invented the concept “delusions of grandeur”, and we keep indulging in such a guilty pleasure – even though sometimes we have many things to learn from creatures which are oftentimes regarded as ostentatiously inferior.

Let’s take ants, for example. Did you know ant society are amongst the most sophisticated and efficient in the planet? If human beings could work together as smoothly as ants do, trust me: this world would be much, much better off.

Well, there’s not much we can do to become ants (nor there is much interest), but there are research fields with focus exculsively on tasks such as workforce planning. When it comes to the management of human resources it’s as much as a science as an art, but fortunately there’s a good wealth of knowledge available which can positvely leverage the effectiveness of any organization.

If you’re running a company or business and you’ve been thinking about getting some hr consulting, then I must congratulate you! You’re obviously not someone who indulges in delusions of grandeur, and you must already know a think or two about workforce planning and management to know there are professional which can help oil the gears and rough the corners in your organization.

Maybe you’d like to check out this HR consulting website, since I’ve heard good things about it. I haven’t personally used this service, but I’ve had a good recommendation. So if you’d had experience with this HR consultant, I’ll appreciate your input. Also, remember your opinions and feedback are very valued in this blog, so if you’d like to say (or ask) something, don’t hesitate use the comment form down there.
